This policy explains how Tera Rogers ("we", "us") handles information collected through terarogers.com. It is a working draft pending legal review before launch.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are processed by our website host (Netlify) and our customer relationship platform (HighLevel). Real estate inquiries are shared with The Collaborative Agent Team, brokered by Call It Closed International Realty. Payments for digital products are handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.

Text messages and email

If you consent to be contacted, we may reach you by email, phone or text about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information by using the contact form. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
