Tera Rogers built her career in corporate leadership, working in business development and operations at Peloton, American Express and Working Solutions. Those roles meant leading people across functions, building processes that held up at scale and being measured on outcomes rather than activity.

She brought that discipline into real estate. As the leader of The Collaborative Agent Team in North Texas, she runs a residential practice the way an operator runs a business: with documented systems, clear standards and a focus on the client's long-term position, not just the transaction.

The same thinking led to Heights Legacy Group, the business venture she founded to develop scalable operating systems and future enterprises, and to her work mentoring real estate agents who want to build durable businesses of their own.
